My blog is on The Ixtoc I spill. It was a accident. The people that caused this spill Pemex a company. The reason for the oil spill was it was a wellhead blowout. This happened at the Bay of Campeche of the Gulf of Mexico. The amount of oil lost was 3,000,000 barrels. It is the second largest oil spill. It took one year to clean up the oil spill.
