My question is about what is the diffrence between a solar and lunar eclipse.A solar eclipse is when the shadow of a moon is cast on the earth.A lunar eclipse is when the shadow of the earth is cast on the moon.That is the diffrence between the two eclipse. Cycle 2 Week 9

A SunDial is a way to tell time by natural tools. The purpose for a SunDial is the people in earlier time didn't have clocks or watches. From class i learned if your out in the woods with nothin a sundial will be helpfull. This SunDial work by using the sun that moves around the sky. That is my imformation on SunDials.

Cycle 2 Week 8

I'm going to reflect on the last 5 months of blogging for me. Using technology helped me with my school projects and they are great recorces. I think i did good with technology. I'm very good in blogging (of course.!). For future blogging i would like to blogg about the problems we face in school and how we deal with them. Using technology makes my life so much easier.

Week 7 Cycle 2

My blog is on The Ixtoc I spill. It was a accident. The people that caused this spill Pemex a company. The reason for the oil spill was it was a wellhead blowout. This happened at the Bay of Campeche of the Gulf of Mexico. The amount of oil lost was 3,000,000 barrels. It is the second largest oil spill. It took one year to clean up the oil spill. Week 6 Cycle 2

I read about Petroleum engineers. They study oil and gas. I would like to do this type of engineering. I would like to do this becuase i get to help see how much gas the earth need. That is what type of engineer i'll be.

Week 5 Cycle 2

The science blog i read was Ms.Jenkin's science class. I had an idea that we can blog about important tests like the NJASK. They use there to tell what they are doing in science class. I thin we should do the same thing. That is what i think of Ms.Jenkin blog.

The blog that we do in science influence me alot. I get to connect in so many diffrenet ways that i never did before. Not to be mean but it didnt really hlp me on the NJASK. Like i never even knew what a Blogger or a Gmail was. That is how bloging inluenced me.:)

Cycle 2 Week 4

The video i watched was called Hooked On Science. The video was about this science fair that they have at a school. It teaches kids how to mix science and art together. They called it ArtFusion. From this video i learned art and science are two fun things when they are combined.

Week 3

For my blog i was reading the article about "Sea Turtle Soup? No Thanks !". The main topic of this article is about how sea turtles are being endangerd. People are polluting the oceans and killing the sea turtles. Some people are also eatin the sea turtles :(. Cycle 2 _ Week 2

The game im made up is called Diary of (name). The character is yourself. The challenges are trying to surive science. Science is like the hotstop its were all the gossip is, learning and drama. The fun thing about it is that its like a virtual FACS.

These are the to games i played. They are apple shooter and red beard.

The apple shooter is a fun game. It teaches you how to be paient and you have to use your mind. Also, educationally it teach you how to use distance. If you play this game it will be fun at times untill you get to a harder level. That is my first game.
Red Beard is also a fun game. It teaches you to never give up and keep trying. Educationally it teaches you how to use stratgie. To tell you the truth red beard will have you growing gray hair. Those are my two games im bloging about.

I'm going to explain all of my blogs. Yes, most of my response were correct because, i used wikipedia. I think my week 5 blog was the best because, i understand it better. To improve i can use better recorces. That is what i think of my blogs.

week4-The need for speed

The problem the design squad is working on is to build the fastest drag car. They have two days to complete the task.Well they had to choose between two transportation a wagon and a tricycle. Well the blue team picked the wagon and they said the drill with the fastest rotation they will use on the wheels. The red team strategy was to have the back wheels repowered after they remove the small wheels. The design squad wok together like they would share the work,one would say a idea and the rest will try.
If I approached this problem I would work like a team. I would listen to the rest of the teams ideas and share mines. We will try out all the ideas and see which one is a better idea. I learned alot from the design squad. I learned team work is important and that you can make a fast drag car from a wagon and a tricycle.

Technology in science

I like science very well. I love to learn about the human body and cells and all sorts of stuff.Science is one of the most interesting subject ive ever learn.I will love to learn more science in the futrue.That is what i think about science.
